If you have a medical emergency involving a domestic rabbit, and can't find a good rabbit vet, call the Colorado HRS 24-hour Health Line at 303-669-8962. If you are unable to reach a human and have left a message, but haven't heard back within 5 minutes, call 720-261-4289 or 970-690-0292.
Do not use this for sick or injured cottontails. Instead, call Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation at 303-823-8455 or take the cottontail to the nearest veterinarian.

We have not included veterinarians about whom we have received many complaints nor those we have found to have practices in extreme disagreement with the HRS's philosophy. Our apologies if we have inadvertently left anyone off this list. If you feel this is the case, please call 970-690-0292.
