Rabbits Not Quite Ready - But Soon!
If you would like to adopt, be sure to read the adoption requirements and application section here.

Rabbits found here are just on the verge of being ready for a home. Some of them are still too young to be adopted yet. They need to be spayed or neutered before they can venture out into their new lives as beloved House Rabbits. They are NOT too young to meet you and have you fall in love with them, however.

Other rabbits here may have medical conditions from which they will recover, but still require them to remain with us until they have done so. These rabbits would also welcome your visits and attention as they get better.

Sunny

Sunny's liver enzyme levels suggested that she might have irreversible liver problems. However, a biopsy indicatged that she had an infection in the bile duct, so she is being treated for that. Once it's been determined that the infection is gone, she'll be ready for adoption.

Someone asked a friend to take Sunny to the Denver Dumb Friends League because she seemed to be a biter. Of course, DDFL said that they would kill her, so the friend turned to us. Sunny is NOT a biter - she simply needs to feel secure, so she doesn’t have to feel that she has to defend herself.

She is a lively little one with a cautious streak, yet friendly and sometimes quite comical. This young lady needs to move into a loving family and have a chance to become the happy bunny she was meant to be.
