Memberships
Will
Be Renewed
from
Actual
Date
of Purchase
In the past, membership forms were sent with the February newsletter, and memberships generally ran from February to February. We will now be issuing memberships for one year from the actual date that you pay your membership dues.
- If we have your email address: You will be notified via email one month prior to your membership expiration and be provided with a renewal form to print, complete and return with a check to the address shown on the form.
- If we do not have your email address: You will receive a membership form via US Mail.
- If your membership expires between January and April 2004: Look for a membership renewal form in the mail with your February 2004 issue of the Bunny Runner. (We're doing this because we're still in the process of finalizing our database and email systems.)
If
you
purchase
supplies
from
Colorado
HRS,
it will
be MANDATORY
to provide
your
membership
number
and
EXPIRATION
DATE
in order
to receive
the
special
member
pricing
as shown
on the
Colorado
HRS
price
list.
If you
order
supplies
from
one
of the
pick
up points,
please
have
your
number
available
when
you
place
your
order.
