Where Is My National Newsletter?

We often get asked by people who are members of the National House Rabbit Society when they can expect to receive their next newsletter. We asked Margo DeMello, our National representative to respond to this question. Her answer:

In terms of national memberships, the problem is that the Journal comes out so irregularly that people tend to only get them twice a year, while they still think that they're quarterly. But I send out thank you letters and membership cards for every renewal, and also answer every email so people don't feel so lost out there. You can let folks know that if they think they've missed an issue, they can email me with the last issue they've gotten, and I can check to make sure they didn't miss one. If they did, I'll pop one in the mail to them right away, but more often, it's that they're just waiting for a more regular Journal.
