Spring Has Sprung! Don't Miss Spring Fling 2005
This year our annual Spring Fling will be held on July 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at our beautiful Colorado HRS chapter headquarters (12601 Lowell Blvd--Broomfield). We are still in the planning stages, but we can guarantee tons of fun for you and your bunnies! Some of the fun we have planned includes:
- A BIG SALE at the Bunny Burrow. We will have new clearance merchandise. All the gift shop items will be 15% OFF on July 16 only. (Sorry, bunny food and supplies won't be part of the sale.)
- Fabulous food with proceeds going to care for our shelter bunnies
- A "Bunny Spa" for soothing massages and nail trims for your pampered pals
- An "Ask a Vet" booth for the things you always wanted to know but were afraid to ask
- Contests
- Silent Auction
- "Surprise eggs" with a chance to win some great prizes
- Photos of you and your bun(s)
- Rental cages so you can shop or visit without worrying about your bunnies
- Lamp re-wiring demonstrations for "just in case" (Sorry, we cannot replace buttons on your TV remote controls.)
So mark your calendar for July 16th and binkie on down for a day of sun (we hope) and fun (we are sure) at the Colorado HRS chapter headquarters. Plan to come early and stay late!

If you would like to help at the Spring Fling for
even an hour or two, please contact Debby Schmidt at 970-690-0292 or
debbysch@quixnet.net.
We need wranglers, bunny sitters, groomers, massagers, photographers
and set-up/clean-up crews. If you have some large tables or awnings
to lend, we could use them too.
Additionally, beginning about two weeks before the Spring Fling, we will be doing a Spring Cleaning. We want to have everything spiffed-up before the big event. If you would like to help clean, paint, and so forth, please contact Nancy at co-hrs@comcast.net.
