Angie Koehler, a Colorado HRS member, wrote the following prayer:

Lord, we thank you for sending your little furry angels to us! Thank you for giving us the pleasure of loving these precious creatures and the gift of them loving us in return. They are one of your many splendid creations. I give thanks to you, Lord, to tell you how much I appreciate your gift. You have blessed us with their precious cuteness and their unconditional love.

We hope this prayer is a source of comfort to all who have lost their dear companions.
