The 2004 Bunny Boutique and Open House: Fully Stocked for Your Holiday Shopping Needs

Another holiday season will soon be upon us and with the Fall comes a fully stocked Bunny Burrow. This year's Bunny Boutique and Open House will be held:

November 21, 2004 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the
The Bunny Burrow: Your One Hop Bunny Shop

For 2004, we have brought back some old favorites from previous years, as well as brand new merchandise, allowing you to add to your wonderful collection of "bunny stuff." Our merchandise this year ranges from practical to decorative to just plain silly.

On the Practical Side
No good rabbit home would be complete without our 2005 Colorado House Rabbit Society calendar featuring the rabbits who live with Colorado House Rabbit Society members. (Make sure to check out the back cover of the calendar. It features a special picture of everyone who attended the 2004 Spring Fling.)

We will also have a lovely assortment of holiday and household goodies:

  • Dish towels, terry towels, and potholders
  • Porcelain soup tureens and bowls
  • Boxed Christmas cards and note cards

We will have the Foster Bunnies Secret Santa ornaments available again this year. Please help the shelter bunnies have a merry Christmas too by purchasing one of these crystal or fabric ornaments. If you have recently adopted, check the tree for an ornament with your new bunny on it!

We will have many tasty favorites available to temp you and your bunnies:

  • Kay and her elves have made a great new assortment of baskets, treat bags, cookies, apple branches and toys that are sure to delight your bunnies.
  • Once again, we will have a bake sale. If you would like to bring bakery items to be sold at the Boutique, please feel free to do so. These items always sell well as our members love to bring home treats for their human family members as well as their bunny family members. (Note: Please make sure to mark a price on your baked goods.)

Decorative Odds & Ends
Look for a variety of fun and decorative bunny items to add to your collection:

  • Bookends
  • Doorbells
  • Key holders
  • Beautiful bunny figurines and porcelain items

We will also be featuring three lines of jewelry: (1) hand painted metal, (2) painted porcelain, and (3) some wonderful glass pieces made by a Hong Kong artist especially for the Colorado House Rabbit Society.

Plus, we will have a great selection of sweatshirts, including the sweatshirt version of our very popular "All Ears" t-shirt.

You'll find that out when you come to the 2004 Bunny Boutique and Open House on November 21st!

We know that in the past, the long waits to check out have been somewhat frustrating so this year we are implementing some new procedures that will hopefully alleviate the problems we have had in the past. We welcome any ideas, suggestions and constructive comments you may have both before and after the Bunny Boutique to help us make this event the best we can for our members and supporters.
